How can I pay for my orders?

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our payment options, namely MasterCard and Visa.

Please note that there is also the possibility for financing with Desjardins’ Accord D Financing for Equipment and Training Courses (conditional upon acceptance by the financial institution).

All prices are in CAD.

Do you provide International delivery?

We mainly ship to Canada and the United States. Please contact us for further information regarding International delivery.

 

Are there any Shipping Charges and Fees?

Orders received between Monday and Friday before 5:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed within one to two business days.

Shipping charges of $20 applicable on all orders of cosmetic products. Different shipping charges applicable for shipping of equipment.

    • Local Pickup: Shipping charges: FREE

Note: A minimum purchase of $150 is required for order to ship. Orders not meeting the minimum will be subject to an additional administration charge of $20.

Actual shipping costs may vary from those shown at check out if an item must ship via common carrier due to size. We will contact you if any adjustment is required or you may contact us for a shipping quote.

Once your order is processed, we will send information via email regarding your tracking and shipping information.

What is your returns policy?

There is no refund or exchange on the products. If there is a problem with the product, please refer to the Damaged or Defective Product section.

Damaged or Defective Product?

Innobella offers a one year warranty from the date of purchase on defective pieces and manufacturing defects on their sold equipment. If the package you receive meets one of the above conditions, please email pictures of the item to [email protected] within 30 days of the shipment date. To process a claim, you will need to have your Order number.

This warranty is not applicable on accessories. If there is a damaged or defective product, please contact Innobella within 24 hours of the date of shipment to inform us of all defects.

Any of the aforementioned warranties are in-applicable when a damage is caused by negligence or the products have been altered or abused in any way. The warranty is also void if the equipment has been opened and altered without the authorization of an Innobella technician.
